1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the smith studio (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") for the sale of products.

3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer. The customer submits a binding offer once he has completed the ordering process. The seller can accept this offer by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
4 Prices and shipping costs
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. The shipping costs are shown separately and are to be paid by the customer.
5. terms of payment
Payment is made by card. The ordered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
6. terms of delivery
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. From the moment the product is dispatched from the warehouse, the smith studio assumes no responsibility for the safety of the product. Liability for any damage occurring after the said dispatch lies exclusively with the end customer. the smith studio is not liable for defects, faults or safety problems that occur after the product has left the warehouse. This provision applies regardless of the shipping method or means of transportation used to ship the product. Any liability of the smith studio for damage caused by the product after dispatch from the warehouse is excluded, unless willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the smith studio can be proven. The present regulation exclusively concerns the liability in connection with the shipment and delivery of products from the Pazzo store and remains unaffected by statutory provisions on product liability.
